Caroline & Tim had done a great deal of their wedding planning themselves, particularly Caroline, but were keen to have somebody pull it all together and, importantly, be there to manage the day itself.
Tim had been a student at Wellington College and, as such, was able to marry in the Chapel and use the beautiful school hall for a wedding reception.
Following a few months of planning together the wedding weekend began with a rehearsal on Hallowe'en, complete with the flower girls in their 'trick or treat' outfits, in the College Chapel.
On the day itself, as one might imagine for a 1st November wedding, the weather was utterly atrocious: the worst I have experienced in nearly 10 years of wedding planning. Nonetheless, guests braved the driving rain and enjoyed the lovely College surroundings and buildings, decorated beautifully by florist Mary Jane Vaughan.
The cake, by Linda Fripp, was exquisite and totally suited the very Wintry backdrop.
